Will my membership automatically renew?
Yes, you will be automatically renewed at the end of your membership cycle. If you would like to cancel your membership, you can do so through the membership dashboard on your JB LASHES account.
Can I transfer my membership?
No. You cannot share your membership or its benefits, including promotion codes, with anyone else.
Can I get a refund if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your membership at any time, before your next renewal. Any cancellation is only effective at the end of the membership term and the membership fee is non-refundable.
